Personal data are processed only insofar as this is necessary for operation, legal obligations, or answering inquiries.
Website
The website does not use tracking cookies and does not use analytics tools. There is no cookie banner because no non-essential cookies are used.
Fonts (Inter, Space Grotesk) are served locally from this domain. Google Fonts are not requested.
The support form does not store form data on this web server. The text remains local and can be sent via the device’s email program or clipboard.
If messages are received, name, email address, topic, and content are processed to handle the inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting
This website is provided via Firebase Hosting by Google. The infrastructure provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log data are processed, in particular IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser type, and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The website operator does not store these log data beyond technical operation.
Google may transfer data to third countries. Google’s contractual safeguards for Firebase / Google Cloud apply, including standard contractual clauses.
ShiftPlanner App
The app is used to manage shift schedules. Insofar as data remain only locally on the device, they are not transmitted to the website operator.
Home Assistant
If Home Assistant is connected, the data remain in the respective Home Assistant instance.
Google Play
Google Play processes its own usage and purchase data according to Google’s privacy notices.
Recipients
Processor in the context of hosting: Google Ireland Limited for Firebase Hosting. There is no disclosure for advertising purposes.
Storage period
Infrastructure server logs only in the context of hosting operation.
Support messages, once received, until the inquiry is closed and in accordance with statutory periods.
App data on the device until they are deleted or the app is uninstalled.
Data subject rights
There are rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
These rights can be exercised via the controller’s email address. The support page is also available for this purpose.
Obligation to provide data
There is no legal obligation to provide personal data to the operator. Without technical connection data, the website cannot be accessed.
Automated decisions
There is no automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Changes
If the website, the app, or the legal situation changes, this notice will be updated. The version published here applies.
